OUR STORY

For years, we moved through the fast-paced, high-touch world of private practice in uniform that couldn’t keep up. Traditional medical apparel was underperforming, lacking innovation, intention, and any real connection to how we actually worked. We created J. Barber to solve that disconnect. A system where form, function, and fashion meet - apparel that supports the demands of practice and elevates how we feel while doing it.

Meet the Founders

Dr Jessie Vallee, Co-Founder

A seasoned dentist and U.S. Navy veteran, Dr. Vallee combines over two decades of clinical experience with formal training in fashion design. As a former professor at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, she brings a unique blend of medical and design expertise to J. Barber.

Dr Jill Kinzer, Co-founder

With 25 years in private practice and leadership roles in esteemed dental organizations, Dr. Kinzer is a recognized educator and advocate for clinical excellence. Her deep industry involvement and insight drive J. Barber’s commitment to innovation, quality, and professional relevance.
