We want you to love your J. Barber pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges through our Return Portal.
Return Window:
You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange eligible items.
Eligible Items:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exclusions:
Personalized, hemmed, or embroidered items, gift cards, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges:
We offer one free exchange per item per order. If you need to exchange the same item again, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Processing Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days from receipt of your return for us to process your refund or exchange.
International Returns:
Currently, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels or exchanges for international orders.
International Return Policy:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Refunds are issued for product value only and exclude original shipping, duties, and taxes. Contact us at returns@jbarber.com for international return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at returns@jbarber.com right away. We’ll make it right.
Holiday Return Extension:
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 qualify for an extended return window of 60 days from the date of purchase.
Mistaken or Lost Returns:
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you return the correct item and retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for packages sent in error. If we’re able to locate your mistakenly returned item, we’ll reach out. You may be responsible for return shipping to get it back.
Third-Party Purchases:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from third-party retailers (e.g., Nordstrom, distributors, etc.). Please contact them directly for assistance.
Start a Return or Exchange
We make it easy—use our Return Portal to begin your return or exchange:
- Follow the instructions in the portal to generate your prepaid return shipping label.
- Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email and refund or exchange processing.
