Customized Products
Customized and embroidered products are made specifically for you.
Because of their personalized nature, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error made by J. Barber.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Optional Route Shipping Protection is available for purchase at checkout. If purchased, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be submitted through Route. If Route Shipping Protection is not purchased, shipping issues must be handled in accordance with the applicable carrier's policies.
